CMA is a professional course ,where the degree is conferred by The Institute Of Cost Accountants of India.
CMA offers wide opportunities to make a successful career.
A successful CMA will be placed as CFO - Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, Cost Controller, Financial Analyst in various industries like manufacturing, Training, Research Sector, Engineering, Government Sector, Financial Institution, Construction Sector through campus placement. Alternatively, CMA can get into independent Practice as Cost Auditor or enter into consultancy of Internal Audit, GST & build a clientele base of large, medium, micro enterprises.
One has to clear two or three levels as the case may be ,to become a successful cost & management Accountant.The criteria is given below:
FOUNDATION - Class 12th Qualified
INTERMEDIATE - Graduate (any degree) or qualified in CMA foundation exams PRACTICAL TRAINING (15 months)
FINAL - should have qualified CMA intermediate
